Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force,DPD or other Courier depending on size and weight. Courier deliveries are generally between 8am and 6pm. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £75 in value to most UK mainland addresses. (Please note some heavier/longer items may incur further charges, please see individual products) (This applies to orders over £75.00 only.) please see below for areas that incur extra charges. (Orders under £75 will be charged at £6.00).

The following postcodes for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of White are excluded and will incur a delivery charge of £8.00 (This applies to orders over £75.00 only.) If you receive any purchases that are faulty or damaged we must be informed within 3 days of receipt. This is also applicable if any items are missing from your order. Check all purchases for quality and quantity even if they are not required immediately. Willis and Grabham online endeavour to make prompt and accurate deliveries.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We aim to keep good stock levels of all website products, and have arrangements for rapid re-stocking should any item be out of stock. Re-stocking should normally take a maximum of 2-5 business days.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at 20% unless clearly stated otherwise.
Please note; That ALL our machines are fuelled and run in accordence with the pdi policy,All safety devices are checked and all nuts and bolts are tightened.
They are then drained of fuel and re packed ready for shipping.
These processes are necessary so that you the customer will receive your purchase in working order.
